First Blackwater Now Gazprom...Private Armies March

My theory that America and Russia are now more or less indistinguishable gets another shot in the arm. While it is well known that the U.S. relies on mercenaries in Iraq to an unprecedented level, witness this link to Jeremy Scahill's scathing expose, now we learn that Gazprom, the world's largest oil and natural gas company now has the Russian Duma's permission to have their own private army. God only knows what sort of advice George and Vlad exchange these days.
