well Schnur, I just noticed your tagline up at the top doesn't make sense. the civilization of one epoch can't become the manure of the next...like the next epoch is a giant cow that grazes on the first civilization then digests and craps back out onto that same first civilization? So Civ #1 is both Crap AND Crap-ee? Also Civ 2 doesn't really generate off of Civ 1 it just sort of ambles in from somewhere and starts chewing. I think the only way this works is if Civ 2 is an alien invasion situation. Civ 2 just flies in, eats Earth, and shits it back out. Which gives a whole new meaning to the phrase Boldly GO
oh I had no idea you ever responded to me. btw I just looked up more Cyril Connolly quotes. He sounds just like Graham Chapman as Oscar Wilde saying "the only thing worse than being talked about, is NOT being talked about ahahahahahahaha" and other similar [overly self-impressed] witticisms
even so, let us not forget - "Vulgarity is the garlic in the salad of life." fuck yeah!

if you see what I mean.
Umm...yes, I'd ask Cyril Connolly more about this but he's unavailable for comment in a sort of permanent way.
